Serena Wilson is a nurse practitioner, a Navy veteran, and the owner of Vital Health. Every decision about how this clinic runs gets made right here in the building, by someone who spends her day seeing patients. There’s no corporate office three states away deciding how many minutes you get.
That’s why we can hold same-day appointments open for patients who wake up feeling sick. It’s why we can price a lab at a fraction of what you’d pay somewhere else. And it’s why you’ll get a provider who sits down, asks questions, and waits for the answer.
What we take care of
Primary care for every age
We handle well checks, sick visits, and chronic conditions, and we build the kind of ongoing relationship that makes all of it work better.
Same-day sick visits
We hold time open on the schedule every day, because feeling awful shouldn't come with a three week wait.
Hormone therapy and pellets
We offer bioidentical hormone replacement for men and women, including pellet therapy, at prices that don't require a boutique clinic budget.
Weight management and GLP-1s
Your weight care is medically supervised with real follow-up, prescribed and monitored by the provider who already knows your history.
IV therapy
We deliver fluids, electrolytes, and vitamins straight into your bloodstream when you're run down, recovering, or dehydrated. IV Therapy can be booked online here.
Joint injections
We treat knees, shoulders, and more right here in the clinic, so you don't need a specialist referral two counties over.

You have insurance
We’re in network with nearly every plan in the area, including Medicare, Oklahoma Medicaid, TriCare, and ChampVA. Bring your card and we’ll handle the rest.
You're paying cash
Our membership is $100 a month for one person and $300 a month for a family of four, with unlimited office visits and steeply discounted labs. There’s no enrollment fee and no contract.
The people you'll actually see
You’ll see one of our two nurse practitioners, backed by a medical director with twenty years behind her and a front office and nursing team who will recognize your voice on the phone by the second call. Nobody here is going to pass you off.
